Purim is a Jewish holiday that commemorates the deliverance of the Jewish people of the ancient Persian Empire from Haman's plot to annihilate them.

We celebrate this holiday, like any other - with lot's of eating! We've rounded up for you some of our favorite purim recipes, Sephardic and Ashkenazi alike.
Traditionally, we have Hamantashen (Haman's ears, אוזני המן ) and Fazuelos. Here are recipes for both:
